Job summary

Woodlands Senior Living of Bridgton LLC is seeking a Personal Support Specialist for full-time day shifts in Maine. You will assist residents with daily living activities, respond to call lights, and document care changes while working in a supportive, accredited facility dedicated to high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
• Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella
• Strong command of the English language with ability to follow oral and written instructions with precision

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living (phone use, light housekeeping, meal prep/service).
• Respond to resident call lights promptly.
• Perform scheduled resident activities as assigned.
• Accurately document care provisions or changes in resident statuses.
