Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s/Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license required
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Current knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures

• Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and discharge plan; revise care plans as supervised by physician.
