Job summary

Resident Salon Services is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Nail Technician to provide professional nail care for seniors in a welcoming senior living community in South Windsor, CT. This role emphasizes compassionate, personalized service with a focus on dignity and well-being.

The position offers daytime hours with no nights or weekends, 50% commission, and a sign-on bonus. A Connecticut Nail Technician License is required, and experience with seniors is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Nail Technician License
• Professional experience providing manicures and pedicures
• Experience with seniors or in a senior living setting is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate and dependable temperament

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments tailored to mature clientele
• Deliver compassionate, personalized service to senior residents
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, calming, and welcoming service environment
• Build warm and trusting relationships through kind, respectful, and professional interactions
• Use techniques and products appropriate for mature skin and nails
• Follow all licensing, hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols
• Help residents feel confident, cared for, and pampered
