Job summary

The Residence at Timber Pines is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Spring Hill community well-maintained and welcoming. You will perform repairs, assist with apartment turns, and support the care of common areas while ensuring safety and quality for residents.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some maintenance experience, with the ability to work nights/weekends and pass required certifications. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits centered on you.

Qualifications

• Be able to make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with personnel, prospects, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Communicate effectively in a manner that is sufficient for effective communication with supervisors, team members, prospects, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the appearance of the property.
• Complete maintenance repairs and preventatives.
• Repair appliances, fixtures, and plumbing as directed.
• Perform snow/ice removal and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure apartment readiness and timely turnkey processes.
• Attend training seminars and maintain shop/storage areas.
