The role focuses on maintaining the interior and exterior appearance and integrity of the complex, handling day-to-day and scheduled maintenance, and ensuring timely completion of work orders. Safety and resident privacy are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with apartment maintenance and working with seniors is preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Desire to work with seniors while upholding privacy, dignity, independence, and individuality.
• Professional and dependable.
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, squat, stand, lift heavy objects, and perform physical labor.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and/or plumbing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily work orders and follow up as needed.
• Restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition in a timely manner.
• Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Respond to resident and staff maintenance requests.
• Participate in inspections of apartments and property.
