This full-time role performs preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds to keep buildings safe and compliant. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years of maintenance experience; CPR/First Aid may be required; must read and follow instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of physical plant, facilities, or general maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, plastering, painting, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance involving HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, plastering, painting, and related equipment.
• Inspect, operate, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems in residential/healthcare facilities.
• Service lights, circuit breakers, motors, switches, alarms, fans, and resident call systems.
• Repair doors, windows, closures, and locks; patch holes and repair ceilings/floors.
• Complete minor masonry and woodworking repairs.
• Assist with grounds upkeep and apartment readiness as needed.
• Follow safety practices and maintain required records.
