The role requires tact and professionalism to ensure industry-leading service delivery; experience with dementia care is preferred, and English literacy is essential for communication with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with residents having dementia preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language clearly.
• Previous experience in a related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains common areas, resident rooms/apartments, grounds, and mechanical equipment and systems.
• Assists Building Services Coordinator to ensure service delivery excellence.
• Performs routine upkeep to support a safe and comfortable community for residents and staff.
