Qualifications

• Maintains inside of building, offices and common areas including carpet and furniture cleaning and window cleaning.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out.
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance for community and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains building grounds including outside repairs and lawn maintenance.
• Ensures timely upkeep of vinyl floors and trash removal as assigned.
