Job summary

The Landings of Kaukauna is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance and housekeeping team, ensuring the facility, grounds, and equipment are safe, functional, and visually appealing for residents and staff. The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and smooth operations across all living spaces.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, supervising staff, preparing units for move-ins, and managing safety systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or accredited maintenance training with relevant experience.
• Applicable state licensure; Chauffeur License within 30 days of hire.
• Strong interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and document preventative maintenance programs.
• Supervise and train maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas, including apartments, offices, and grounds.
• Prepare and refurbish apartments for move-ins (painting, flooring, ceiling fans).
• Maintain and repair facility equipment; manage fire safety and emergency systems.
• Inspect apartments for hazards and perform janitorial tasks as needed.
• Transport residents in company vehicles; respond to emergencies as required.
