You will handle painting, HVAC installations, landscaping and related tasks, working autonomously while following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience, preferably in senior housing or related facilities.
• Ability to plan, organize, communicate and cooperate with others to complete tasks.
• Must have valid state driver’s license and/or CDL if required by property.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations; follows health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks (painting, HVAC, landscaping) to preserve building condition.
• Maintain buildings and common areas to highest standards.
• Work autonomously and responsibly, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
