Job summary

Claiborne Senior Living in McComb, MS is seeking an LPN to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and care partners.

You will supervise CNAs and Med Techs, ensure accurate EHR documentation, support care planning, follow infection control policies, and contribute to a compassionate, accountable team focused on high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing is required.
• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or healthcare is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state scope of practice.
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments.
• Monitor resident health status and respond to changes in condition.
• Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care partners.
