Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Spring Hill, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Assisted Living community on a part-time, weekend schedule with shifts on 1st shift. Pay ranges from $26 to $27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, caregivers, and healthcare partners.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.
• Support and guide caregiving staff to ensure high-quality care.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and monitoring of changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain professional relationships with physicians, office staff, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with the Regional Nurse Consultant and community leadership to support clinical best practices.
• Support orientation and training of care team members as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and home-like environment for residents.
