Job summary

Bridge Senior Living LLC is seeking a Life Engagement Assistant to plan and implement therapeutic recreational activities that promote residents' wellness and enjoyment in our community. You will coordinate activities with other departments and assist with resident transportation and monthly newsletters.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, plus at least 1 year in senior living.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CPR certification.
• Valid State of Residence Driver’s License with safe driving record.
• At least 1 year of related work experience in Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate a program of therapeutic recreational activities for residents.
• Establish, promote, and support programs fostering enjoyment and overall wellness.
• Consult with other departments in implementing appropriate activities for Residents.
• Assist in coordinating transportation for scheduled activities and resident appointments.
• May occasionally be responsible for resident transportation; assist in preparation of monthly Community newsletter.
