SpringBrook Community of Onalaska is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to deliver engaging activities for residents in Onalaska, WI. This part-time role focuses on enhancing physical, social, and cognitive well-being through personalized programs.

You'll lead daily activities, coordinate events, and collaborate with staff to create a warm, inclusive senior living environment. Must be 18+, HS diploma or GED; prior senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required, college or related training a plus.
• Previous experience working with senior adults strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement meaningful life-enrichment programs that support the well-being of senior residents.
• Lead daily activities, group programs, and community-wide events.
• Encourage resident engagement while modifying activities to meet varying abilities and care needs.
• Support a warm, engaging senior living community that promotes quality of life and resident satisfaction.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director with holiday celebrations, recognitions, and building-wide events.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with residents, families, care staff, and leadership.
