Job summary

Rose Senior Living Clinton Township is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate activities that support residents’ physical, mental and social well-being. The role involves leading daily activities, preparing monthly calendars, and delivering diverse programs for residents with varying needs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and 6 months’ experience with seniors in activities is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities/life enrichment preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with planning, scheduling, and coordinating all resident activities including special events.
• Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees.
• Provide educational opportunities for residents and staff in disease prevention and management.
• Lead daily resident activities per community standards.
• Prepare and distribute monthly calendars and plan diverse programs for a diverse resident population.
