• Pick up and identify residents’ laundry.
• Weigh and record laundry as received.
• Sort by color, fabric, and cleaning method.
• Operate washers/dryers and adjust settings.
• Return cleaned items to residents or storage areas.
• Maintain clean and orderly laundry area.
• Report maintenance needs to supervisor.
• Display tact when dealing with residents and guests.
