Responsibilities

• Wash objects by hand or with cleaning equipment.
• Safely prepare various food products following standard handling procedures.
• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and store properly.
• Stock storage areas and service machines.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and storage areas.
• Support an effective Safety Program.
• Assist cooks and coordinate activities with others.
• May prepare food or cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats as needed.
