Job summary

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is seeking an Experienced Cook to join our team. The Cook will prepare meals for residents across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, following dietary restrictions and offering alternatives as needed.

Responsibilities include adhering to sanitation standards, following instructions, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor while supporting elders and others with limited self-care capacity.

Qualifications

• Requires high school education or equivalent.
• 1 year dietary experience in hospital, SNF, or related facility preferred.
• Must have a sanitation certificate.
• Able to cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to dietary restrictions.
• Follow verbal and written instructions.
• Maintain sanitation and hygienic food preparation processes.
• Provide care and communication to residents with various needs.
• Demonstrate initiative, good judgment, and professional demeanor.
