Qualifications

• One year of hospitality or institutional housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to speak and understand English.
• Must be able to work independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Performs setup for special activities (tables, chairs, podiums, decorations).
• Maintains public and common areas in a safe, orderly, sanitary condition.
• Uses cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely per instructions.
• Assists with resident move-ins, lifting and moving furniture and boxes.
• Cleans interior and exterior windows on a scheduled basis.
• Communicates with residents, visitors, and staff.
• Attends in-service training and applies what is learned.
• Inspects own area to ensure quality standards are met.
