Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time-management and computer skills.
• Understand and uphold the policies and procedures established by The Landing of Long Cove.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and bend, twist, and reach as needed.
• Work independently, maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Clean assigned resident apartments, bathrooms, and common areas daily per policy.
• Keep utility and storage rooms clean and orderly.
• Post signs for safety hazards during cleaning activities.
• Use PPE when needed and follow chemical safety labels and MSDS.
• Maintain chemicals in original containers and seek guidance when unsure.
• Monitor workplace safety and report hazards or equipment issues.
• Report housekeeping and maintenance problems to the supervisor.
• Secure housekeeping supplies to prevent resident access.
