Job summary

Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking an on-call Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public areas, and laundry for residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner.

Compensation includes 7.5-hour shifts with a pay range of $18.25 to $19.25 per hour (experience-based). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, 401(k) with company match, and more. Must be 18+, pass background checks, and meet health screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont may require team members to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
