CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Housekeeper in Naperville, IL to clean residents' apartments and public areas according to schedule and procedures. The role includes performing laundry duties in our commercial laundry facilities and following safety and quality standards.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping experience; strong service mindset and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related cleaning experience.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• You enjoy helping residents and delivering excellent service with a friendly attitude.

Responsabilités

• Cleans all areas as assigned according to standards and procedures.
• Maintains clean and sanitary conditions in assigned areas following established standards.
• Make independent decisions and follow instructions.
• Deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
• Follow written and oral instructions for mixing cleaning products.
• Relate information concerning residents' conditions when needed.
• Use supplies economically and report needs for replenishment.
• Operate buffers, extraction equipment, vacuums and all commercial laundry equipment.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by Housekeeping Lead.
