Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English literacy: read, write, and communicate at least 8th-grade level.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Lift/move up to 25 pounds; push/pull a housekeeping cart.
• Criminal background clear.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to residents to keep spaces clean and comfortable.
• Maintain cleanliness from lobby to resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow safety and health guidelines and report hazards.
• Assist with daily tasks and support residents as needed.
