Oakmont Management Group's Oakmont of Fair Oaks is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments, public areas, and linens in a friendly, caring senior living community in California.

This full-time role offers $17.00-$18.00 per hour, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and opportunities for advancement; experience preferred, high school diploma, readiness to support elderly residents, background check required.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
