Seaton Senior Living, part of the Discovery Senior Living family, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for a full-time role at its Mid Atlantic communities. Responsibilities include daily cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe, sanitary environment for residents.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, prior housekeeping experience preferred, and a genuine interest in serving seniors. Competitive wages, benefits, and advancement opportunities are provided.

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Must demonstrate an interest in working with a senior population.
• Interact with guests, residents, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Regularly stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms; may climb, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Performs cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) in apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, dust mops, and wet mops floors and stairways; vacuums carpets and runners.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and polishes fixtures; stocks dispensers as necessary.
• Scrubs tile, woodwork, window frames, and sills.
• Maintains equipment and materials in clean, orderly condition.
• Collects trash and places in designated pick-up areas.
• Responsible for cleaning and redistributing community laundry.
• Maintains commercial laundry in a clean, sanitary condition.
• Keeps cleaning chemicals stored and locked when not in use.
• Ensures cords, carts, and equipment do not block exits and comply with fire codes.
• Reports repairs and supply needs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
