Job summary

The Retreat at Conyers is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. You will perform daily cleaning tasks in resident rooms and common areas, restock supplies, and follow safety protocols.

Shift is Mon-Fri with every other weekend required; prior experience in assisted living and strong communication are valued. Join a team focused on a clean, safe living environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/ GED required.
• One (1) year job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow cleaning checklist for each room and common area.
• Prepare cleaning solutions using proper containers and measures.
• Follow chemical procedures to protect floors and fixtures.
• Clean floors and walls by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Steam or shampoo carpet and dust furniture and equipment.
• Clean windows and glass partitions; remove debris from areas.
• Restock bathrooms and common areas with paper products and soap.
• Ensure suites with two residents are cleaned twice weekly.
• Notify supervisor of major repairs using the maintenance log.
