Westminster Winter Park is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean residences, health center rooms, and common areas at our lakeside community in Winter Park, FL. This full-time position requires flexibility to work every other weekend and supports residents with a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include sanitizing rooms, maintaining dining areas, and daily cleaning tasks. Healthcare setting experience is preferred; competitive wages and benefits are offered to support a stable,

Qualificações

• High school education or equivalent
• Up to one month related experience or training
• Experience with older adults in healthcare setting preferred (minimum 6 months)

Responsabilidades

• Clean homes, apartments, health center rooms and common areas.
• Sanitize Health Center rooms after move-out or before move-in.
• Maintain dining areas cleaned and sanitized (at least twice daily).
• Clean, dust, sanitize, sweep, mop and vacuum assigned areas daily.
• Garbage removal including biohazards removal from the assigned areas.
• Perform duties contracted by independent residents.
