Job summary

MorningStar of Boise is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our senior living community in Boise. This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 3:30pm with a pay rate of $18.40 per hour. You will help maintain a spotless home for our residents and learn their life stories as you work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year experience in a health care facility preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow instructions; deal tactfully with residents, and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform specific housekeeping tasks according to daily work assignments and procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive work areas.
• Follow infection control practices and safety precautions.
• Clean/polish furnishings, fixtures, ledges, and fixtures in resident rooms and common areas.
• Clean bathrooms, windows, floors, and surfaces daily.
• Report hazardous conditions or equipment to supervisor.

Education
