Koelsch Communities is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Amber Creek Inn in Scottsdale, AZ. The role covers cleaning apartments, common areas, and assisting with supply preparation. Day shift runs 8AM–4PM, with weekend availability as needed. Earn $18–$19 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English.
• Prior housekeeping and laundry experience is a plus.
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire.
• Pass a criminal background check as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, polish, and disinfect assigned areas in resident apartments and common areas.
• Periodically clean windows, walls, ceilings, and doors.
• Use mop, broom, or vacuum to clean floors regularly and after incidents.
• Stock and sanitize bathrooms in apartments and common areas.
• Perform full laundry cycle for residential and commercial use.
• Discard trash, medical waste, and recycling appropriately.
• Mix and dispose of cleaning chemicals safely.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
