We value patience, clear communication, and reliability. The role requires physical endurance, ability to work evenings or weekends, and experience in healthcare housekeeping is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and chemical safety.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Must be patient, tactful, and professional with residents, staff, visitors.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in housekeeping or healthcare preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA cleaning guidelines and infection control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Clean and sanitize common areas, offices, and entryways.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors and carpets.
• Empty trash from apartments and common spaces.
• Maintain outdoor areas like courtyards and entryways.
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces according to infection control standards.
