Job summary

Generations is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas at Mercer Commons in Fort Collins. You will care for equipment, follow safety standards, and help create a home-like atmosphere for residents.

Key duties include cleaning, linen changes, possible laundry tasks, and turnover of vacant apartments. Training provided, with PTO, health benefits, and 401(k) offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or custodian services is preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or training provided on hire.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service residents' apartments, common areas, guest rooms and offices.
• Change linens in apartments as scheduled.
• May perform laundry duties as needed.
• Spot clean carpets and ensure efficient apartment turnover.
• Regularly inspect facility and request repairs or replacements as needed.
• Assist residents and staff to maintain a home-like atmosphere.
