Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living is hiring a full-time housekeeper for our Escanaba community. Responsibilities include cleaning apartments and common areas, and maintaining laundry facilities to support a senior lifestyle environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Courteous and friendly demeanor with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning duties as scheduled in apartments, common areas, and offices.
• Sweeps, dusts, vacuums, and maintains floors and surfaces.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures and stocks dispensers.
• Maintains equipment and reports repairs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Ensures safety by keeping cords and hazards clear.
• Handles community laundry and maintains laundry facilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
