Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a dedicated Housekeeper in the Denver area to clean resident apartments and common spaces, and to perform laundry for residents and the community. The role emphasizes friendly, courteous service in alignment with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents.
• Ability to pass background and health screenings and comply with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
