Job summary

Maple Knoll Village in Cincinnati, OH seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe living spaces for residents. Responsibilities include cleaning cottages/apartments, public areas, and supporting infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be able to acquire sufficient knowledge and learn new skills through on the job training.
• Must have 1-2 years of experience working as a Housekeeper (residential, hotel, etc.)
• A team player and have passion to work with the elderly!

Responsibilities

• Cleans resident cottages/apartments, including living room, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms
• Mops floors, vacuums, spot cleans carpeted areas, and empties trash
• Dusts and/or washes furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Washes windows and sills and other annual cleaning functions as required.
• Cleans public areas, lounges, and hallways
• Cleans and sanitizes lavatories and toilet bowls inside and out
• Performs written cleaning procedures and follows written cleaning schedules for common areas, resident units, and health center rooms
• Keeps all equipment and storage areas clean and orderly
• Transport and stocks linens and other equipmentFollow all written infection control procedures established by the community.
• Fulltime Day shift, 730a-330p, every other weekend and some holidays.
