Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to provide exceptional cleaning services for residents and maintain a sanitary, orderly environment. Duties include cleaning resident rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and common spaces, carpet/floor care, and proper handling of cleaning agents.

Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to follow infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with residents and provide excellent customer service.
• Prior housekeeping experience desirable.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: dusting, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming in resident rooms, dining areas, kitchens, and common spaces.
• Clean carpets and hard floors according to procedures.
• Mix and use cleaning products safely and correctly.
• Follow infection control procedures and use PPE as required.
• Handle hazardous materials and waste per policy and training.
• Report hazards, equipment defects, and incidents to supervisor.
• Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
