Integral Senior Living seeks a dependable Housekeeper to join our Costa Mesa community. You will perform daily cleaning in apartments, common areas, and offices, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

The role requires attention to detail, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a respectful demeanor towards seniors. We offer full-time hours, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Interest in working with a senior population.
• Courteous interactions with guests, residents, and staff.
• Ability to stand, walk, and use hands.
• Occasional bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleaning per schedule in apartments, common areas, lounges and offices.
• Cleans floors and stairs; vacuums carpets and runners.
• Cleans and sanitizes fixtures; restocks dispensers.
• Cleans tiles, woodwork, window frames.
• Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Empties trash to designated areas.
• Handles community laundry.
• Maintains commercial laundry area.
• Stores cleaning chemicals safely.
• Keeps hazards clear and complies with fire codes.
• Reports repairs to Lead Housekeeper.
• Other duties as assigned.
