Belmont Village Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices and common areas. You will be reliable, empathetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment while delivering exceptional hospitality to residents.

Typical duties include dusting, vacuuming, making beds, laundry assistance, trash disposal, and keeping shared spaces pristine.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels or similar setting.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently and efficiently.
• Must communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Ability to work assigned shifts including early morning, weekends and holidays.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance essential for Belmont Village operations.
• Employment offers conditional on background check and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and bathrooms including dusting, vacuuming, bed making, and spot-cleaning carpets.
• Collect, wash, fold and return resident laundry items in a timely manner.
• Dispose of trash, replace liners and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests.
• Clean and sanitize administrative offices, hallways, and common spaces.
• Ensure common area bathrooms are cleaned, stocked, and tidy.
• Regularly empty trash and replace liners throughout the community.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
