Job summary

American House Senior Living Communities in Keene, NH seeks a Day Shift Housekeeper to maintain clean and sanitary facilities and resident apartments under the supervision of the Housekeeping Supervisor.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident apartments (vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, dusting, trash, bed making), laundry duties where applicable, restroom upkeep, and reporting repairs to the Assistant Director.

Qualifications

• Maintain clean and sanitary facility and resident apartments.
• Vacuum, mop, disinfect, dust, empty trash and make beds.
• Perform personal laundry service where applicable.
• Keep entire building clean and maintained.
• Monitor and supply restrooms throughout the day.
• Maintain regulatory compliance where applicable.
• Transport trash to disposal area.
• Note areas needing repair and report to Assistant Director.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Director.

Responsibilities

• Keep facility and resident apartments clean and sanitary.
• Assist with laundry and linen services where applicable.
