Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep our community clean, comfortable, and welcoming for residents and guests. You will clean resident apartments, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and shared areas while upholding our high cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in hotels, resorts, or senior living settings, and values reliability, teamwork, and active work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of housekeeping experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Willing to work early morning, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments and bathrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, and spot-cleaning carpets.
• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and return resident laundry to the correct apartment.
• Clean and maintain hallways, offices, and common areas throughout the community, including dusting, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning carpets.
• Clean and sanitize common-area bathrooms, restock supplies, and keep them fresh, clean, and ready for residents and guests.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and properly dispose of waste throughout the community.
• Follow housekeeping, sanitation, and safety procedures to help maintain a clean and healthy environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful service and communicate professionally with residents, families, guests, and team members.
• Help create a welcoming environment by making cleanliness, hospitality, and resident satisfaction a priority every day.
