Job summary

The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Hospitality Service Supervisor to lead dining operations on-site in Mayfield Heights, OH. The role collaborates with the Dining Services Director to recruit, train, and supervise staff and ensure quality service for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of food service supervision experience in healthcare, hospital, hotel or senior living setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dining services deliver nutritious, flavorful, timely meals for residents, guests and visitors.
• Assist the Dining Services Director with staff recruitment, interviewing and scheduling.
• Develop and document in-service training for Food Service staff.
• Ensure menus and recipes are written and followed.
• Supervise serving line to ensure attractive presentation and proper service.
