Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Health and Wellness Director (LPN/LVN or RN) to lead the clinical operations of a senior living community in the Tacoma area. You will assess residents, develop care plans, supervise licensed staff, and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations while maintaining a warm, resident-centered environment.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and training abilities.

Qualifications

• RN/LVN license in good standing.
• Associate degree or higher in nursing preferred or combination of education and experience.
• Current state-required certifications (First Aid, CPR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations ensuring quality resident care.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff and care staff including hiring, promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain medication program and develop individualized service plans in coordination with other departments.

Education

RN/LVN License

Nursing degree (ADN/BSN) or equivalent

CPR/First Aid certifications
