Job summary

Ivy Park at La Palma, part of Oakmont Management Group, is hiring a Sales and Marketing Director for its La Palma community. You will lead strategy to attract new residents, manage leads, and partner with the Executive Director to hit occupancy targets.

The role requires strong marketing and sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent communication skills. The position offers competitive benefits and on-site work in California.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience or a sales background (outside sales preferred).
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or equivalent experience).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Organization and diligence in following up with prospects.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including physical and TB tests).

Responsibilities

• Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through calls and tours.
• Ideate ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with team to execute events to draw prospects to the community.
• Build relationships with community organizations and professional groups to increase collaboration.
