Leisure Living - Cascade Trails Assisted Living in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide friendly, professional service to residents and visitors. The role involves answering phones, greeting guests, basic office tasks, and coordinating with the Leasing Team as needed.

Schedule: 2-3 days per week from 3pm-7pm, every other weekend and holiday from 11am-3pm. Pay is $15 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

Formación

• High School diploma; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all telephone calls and transfer to appropriate department.
• Daily resident check-in and greeting of residents and guests.
• Distribute mail and packages; assist with basic office tasks.
• Support leasing team with resident referrals and information.
• Maintain professional and courteous atmosphere in lobby.
