Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Floor Care Associate to perform the day-to-day housekeeping duties in our retirement community, ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff. You will clean floors and baseboards by disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, waxing, and buffing; vacuum carpets; dust furniture and fixtures; and sanitize bathrooms, reporting any repairs to supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor care across resident living and common areas.
• Clean floors, baseboards, carpets, and surfaces using appropriate methods.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and ledges to maintain a dust-free environment.
• Sanitize bathrooms, sinks, toilets, and floors; polish chrome fixtures.
• Report maintenance needs and replenish supplies as directed.
