Job summary

Covenant Living of Colorado is seeking a Dining Services Associate to perform serving, cleaning, dishwashing, and meal prep in our dining department for residents. This versatile role supports Dining Operations and adapts to various assignments under the Director of Dining.

Responsibilities include assisting with food prep, serving, bussing tables, and maintaining clean, stocked dining areas while adhering to safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Servsafe training beneficial.
• 1 year food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food, waiting tables, and bussing tables.
• Perform defined work routines using dining utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Follow sanitation guidelines, federal / state regulations, and Senior Living / Healthcare requirements.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Open and close kitchen and dining rooms as needed.
• Wash and store dishes.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
