Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dining Server to provide timely, professional meal service and create a warm, welcoming dining experience for residents and guests. You will take orders, assist with menu selections, bus and reset tables, and maintain a clean dining room in a senior living community.

As part of the team, you will use Sunrise systems for order entry and delivery, follow food safety standards, and participate in pre-meal meetings to review offerings.

Qualifications

• Previous dining service or waitstaff experience preferred.
• Ability to take and deliver orders accurately.
• Comfortable assisting residents and maintaining a clean dining area.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist residents with menu selections and provide general menu descriptions.
• Bus and reset tables per community standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room and bistro.
• Complete assigned side work and opening/closing duties.
• Attend pre-meal meetings to review menu offerings.
• Use Sunrise systems for accurate order entry and meal delivery.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
