Sinceri Senior Living is seeking a team-oriented dining services helper in Wisconsin. You will assist cooks, set and clear tables, wash dishes, and support the food service team to ensure smooth meal service for residents.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, positive interactions with residents and families, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Training will be provided, and opportunities for development exist within our supportive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with staff.
• Must communicate effectively with Residents, families, staff, and the public.
• Must maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Must meet all state health requirements.
• Obtain Food Handlers Permit as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash and store dishes following Facility procedures.
• Set up serving carts for each meal and help serve residents.
• Bus tables, assist cooks, and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation practices.
