Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Full-Time Server to support dining services. The role involves serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding sanitation standards for residents and guests.

This position requires friendly, customer-focused service and the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment. English fluency and good communication are essential to deliver quality service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service and consistently display an attitude which fosters a teamwork environment.
• Fluent English required to communicate with residents, guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals in a professional manner, aiming to please residents and guests.
• Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
• Ensure residents and guests receive high quality food in a timely fashion.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
• Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed.
• Handle resident concerns and complaints tactfully and professionally.
• Follow all Dining Services Standards of service.
