Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking energetic servers to join our dining teams in United States communities. As part of our mission to help residents thrive, you will deliver attentive service at meal times and support daily dining operations.

You will set and clear tables, take dining orders, review menus with residents, assist with meal preparation and event service, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.

• On-the-job training – get paid to get trained!

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
