Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Server/Waitstaff in Thousand Oaks, CA to provide friendly dining service to residents and guests. No prior experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided to help you learn the menus, safety standards, and daily operations.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service, assist with meal preparation and events, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment that supports resident comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• On-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with the preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and special events.
• Create a strong sense of teamwork with your colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers and equipment used in the dining room.
